Can you frame a print for me?

We can provide framing for the work by Brian Kendall as he’s provided a number of framing options for us, specifically, as to how he’d like his work framed. Please allow up to an additional 2-4 weeks for framing.

Cliff Watts has optional special framing if wanting a series of his images.

The Private Collection(s) are offered with current frames.

Beyond the above, we are not offering framing at this time.

How soon can I expect my shipment?

We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. We will contact you within 2-3 days if item(s) are not in stock or delayed to where it is not reasonable for your to expect your order within 10 business days.

What forms of Payment does VDBG accept?

We currently only accept PayPal at this time.

What is the Return Policy?

VDBG accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition for store credit only. Shipping costs will not be part of store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the item(s) enclosed, packed well, signature required with the return and shipped back to us. If returning, you must notify us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

No returns on Special Orders.

What should I do if my merchandise arrives damaged?

VDBG needs to be notified within 48 hours of delivery if anything in your shipment has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment upon arrival. We need photos of the packaging and the area(s) damaged of the artwork emailed to us at info@vandenberggallery.com.

Please hold onto all packaging as it may be needed for proof in the claim.
